My stay at this hotel was a mix of impressive and challenging experiences. The rooms were incredibly spacious with an abundance of natural light, though accessibility to the 3rd floor via steep steps was a bit tiring. The beauty of the room, with high ceilings and magnificent red-stained windows, was a highlight, especially the view of the Royal Palace. The service was very friendly and helpful, despite some minor shower water issues. The hotel's location in the heart of the old city offered great access to shops but initial navigation challenges. The dining experience was delightful, offering a taste of local cuisine, and the facilities were top-notch.
